Wander, Wonder, Write

Wander, Wonder, Write on Substack

It’s official: I started a newsletter on Substack: Wander, Wonder, Write.

I started Wander, Wonder, Write as a travel blog in 2019 when I lost my home in Paris.

I wrote about visiting Egypt independently, the dye secrets of the weavers in Teotitlán del Valle (Mexico), being in Asia in times of Coronathe dolceria of the Santa Caterina monastery in Palermo (Italy), the Frida Kahlo Museum in CDMX, and the benefits of slow traveling (& stumbling upon a botanical garden in Switzerland).

In the Substack newsletter I will go deeper into what it means to be a nomad and spend long periods in cultures different from my own.

I want to share what gives me awe, what makes me wonder, and what I learn from the people I meet along the way. I also want to discover how the movements of my body and the wanderings of my mind change the way I write.

Want to come along?

Please consider subscribing (it’s free until further notice) by adding your email address in the box in the top right column or by visiting my Substack page. There, you can also read my previously published dispatches.

Future newsletter will contain a mix of travelogues, reflections on culture, craft talks, travel tips, photo essays, mini interviews, micro memoirs, writing prompts, author updates, and whatever else inspiration or chance throws at me (and subsequently at you).

I will still post updates on my blog, such as reading recommendations and publication news, but most travelogues will appear on Substack exclusively.

Thank you for reading and supporting my work!
