National Flash Fiction Day Anthology 2021

On June 26th, the National Flash Fiction Day Anthology 2021 was launched. Legerdemain is a collection of over fifty excellent stories on magic by authors from around the world. Some of my favorite flash writers contributed their work, such as Gaynor Jones, Angela Readman, Marie Gethins, Sophie van Llewyn, Michael Loveday, Jacqueline Doyle, Ingrid Jendrzejewsk, Lisa Ferranti, Nuala O’Connor, Jolene McIlwain, and Emily Devane.

Normally, I would have proudly participated in the virtual launch. But I couldn’t find the energy and enthusiasm at the time due to my mother’s illness. I let the event pass without giving notice. The editors and publishers, however, worked hard to create this collection, and the anthology deserves all the publicity it can get. So, here I am, catching up.

Thank you, Santino Prinzi and Nod Gosh, excellent writers in their own right, for selecting my story “If You Think Stars Can’t Clap, You’re Not Listening.”

Curious? You can order the anthology on the publisher’s website.
